Payment options

All items must be pre paid prior to delivery. SHADESAILSONLINE accepts MasterCard, Australian Bankcard, and Visa credit cards online.

You can also pay by Electronic Funds Transfer, Money Order or Cheque. Simply enter your Account Number as 2222 at our checkout and we will e-mail you confirming your order and advise you on the alternative methods of payment.

Returns Policy

Please note that we only refund costs if the return is a result of our error or the item is damaged in transit.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product  to us for assessment.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, please follow these returns instructions-

Email us at returns@shadesailsonline.com within 5 working days of receiving your order indicating the reason for your return.

REFUNDS
Shadesailsonline will only refund the purchase price and freight charges if a product is returned as a result of our error and/or because of faulty material or workmanship. (in addition to goods damaged in transit - see above) 

METHOD OF REFUNDS
Shadesailsonline will post you a cheque.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the form and the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods packing slip / invoice.

Shipping and Delivery

Your purchase will be sent by Australia Post Freight. The shipping time for your order will depend on your location.
Our policy is to ship items within 3 working days of receiving your order. If an item is out of stock we will contact you via e-mail in the first instance to let you know the expected delivery date. International orders Click Here for "usual delivery" estimated times.

Order Amendments or Cancellations:

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot amend or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

You can cancel or amend an order before the item enters the shipping process by sending us an email with your name, email address, order confirmation number together with the details of the changes you wish to make, such as altering delivery instructions or changing the colour of a requested item. Shadesailsonline will email you a note confirming the changes have been made.
